Debris Rains Down After SpaceX Starship Test Flight
While the Starship’s booster successfully returned to the launchpad, the upper-stage spacecraft failed in space and lost several engines and attitude control, tumbling in space.

We got the [unintelligible]. [Unintelligible] What an incredible sight to see the super heavy booster gliding down into the chopstick arms once again. And we just saw some engines go out. It looks like we are losing attitude control of the ship.
